What is acupuncture?

We recommend eating a little something before you com in. It is also a good idea to steer clear of caffeine prior to your appointment and to drink lots of water.
You are in a community setting so if you are sensitive to light and sound please feel free to bring your headphones, earplugs, or eye mask with you.
A typical treatment is 40 to 50 minutes. The length of your treatment can be shorter if you have time constraints and can last up to one hour if no one is waiting for a chair. Please communicate your needs with your acupuncturist.
