How can I strengthen the benefits from MAGU?
1. Double your scoop size. Once the initial benefits kick in, you can reduce the size of the scoop to maintain the effects.
2. Put your scoop DIRECTLY on the tongue followed by a COLD DRINK. Watch a quick 2.5 instructional video HERE.
3. Take your scoop within 10-15 minute of waking up (after a full glass of water).
4. Do NOT change any current medications you are on, until you feel the benefits from MAGU you desire.
To be eligible for a refund:
- You agree that you have followed the proper directions.
- Dosage: Take 1.5 scoops on days 2-4, and then double scoops starting day 5.
- You are taking the scoops within 15 minutes of waking up, directly on the tongue – AFTER a full glass (8-12oz) of water.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
- Only one item quantity per order is eligible for a full refund. For multiple items, a refund of a maximum of $80 will be provided. (Ex. If you purchased 3 boxes of White Sunrise and 2 Boxes of Mind Hack, only 1 White Sunrise will be refunded).
What does not qualify for a refund?
- If you did not follow directions.
- If you did not like the taste of MAGU.
- If your order was an “accident.”
- Bundles (Starter, Calm, Silver, Gold) and Refills are non-refundable.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Terms and Conditions
- In compliance with credit card company policies and fraud prevention, refunds can only be made to the original card.
Does MAGU accept returns?
Since MAGU is an ingestible product, we do NOT accept returns due to the potential health risks.
Why do you only refund one box?
Due to a rise in fraudulent activity and extremely expensive ingredients, we are only able to offer refunds for a maximum of one box per customer.
How long does it take for the refund to be processed?
Refunds will appear in your account within 7 to 14 business days.
